About Us
The Greenbriar Inn is one of the most frequently requested "Boutique Style Inns" in Coeur d'Alene. Built in 1908, it is featured on the National Registry of Historic Places. We are only five blocks from Lake Coeur d’Alene and the downtown strip. That results in some fabulous site seeing and shopping so, get your walk-about on!

The check- in process is simple and starts at 3 PM. daily. Early check-in options are available on a case-by-case basis. We have a coded front door lock and a coded key box just inside.
Our recently renovated rooms have traditional furnishings, antiques, Individual heat and A/C, private bathrooms, free Wi-Fi, and "smart “TVs with local stations as well as streaming services.
Each room booking receives a generous, complimentary gift card to our restaurant so enjoy!
OUR RESTAURANT:
"315 Cuisine" serves extraordinary craft cocktails and specialty martinis! Our cuisine focuses on small-plate or "Tapas" menu items but we also offer delicious main dishes/rotating specials for those wishing a more traditional fare. See our menu at https://www.315Cuisine.com
The restaurant is open for dinner Wed - Sun 4PM - Close. We are closed on Monday and Tuesday.
GROUNDS & SURROUNDINGS:
Lodging and restaurant guests may enjoy and relax in the garden areas or decks while listening to music, enjoying light appetizers, dinner options and drink specials. During the winter months, enjoy dinner by one of our two fireplaces for a cozy evening out.
The Tubbs Hill hiking preserve and the famous floating boardwalk are also within walking distance. Golfing at Coeur D'Alene Resort Golf Course is 10 minutes’ drive away. Spokane International Airport is 40 miles away.
